Keith Easton and Trev Gore have over 55 years of combined experience in business brokerage, real estate, finance and investments. Both have held executive level positions with international, public and privately owned corporations. Both have owned and currently own several businesses of their own. Keith and Trev have successfully completed over 500 transactions with valuations between $1million and $75 million, and are personally involved with every M & A client.
Keith brings a background of corporate finance and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), working with individual clients as well as having been the CFO of several public companies. Known locally for his strength in Business Finance and Commercial Real Estate, Keith has the ability to make the numbers work!
Trev Gore moved to Las Vegas in 1985 and has been helping business owners and investors ever since. Most recently Trev was a Senior Managing Director for a multinational Wall Street M & A firm specializing in middle-market, privately owned businesses. Known for his negotiating skills and straight talk, Trev can get the deal done.
